This is a class for students with special needs who need a little extra help to establish a morning or evening routine. In this class, we will go over our plans for the day or what we did, brush our teeth, wash our face, and do some gentle stretches. This is a low pressure, calm environment, meant to assist students of all learning levels with a routine to set them up for success. This is a judgement-free supportive zone, and everyone is welcome! Students need to bring a tooth brush, wash cloth, comfy clothes and a hairbrush or comb to class (if applicable). I suggest holding this class near a sink.
