45 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
Students will experience a fun workout in this 45 minute class! The different fitness exercises will be explained and demonstrated before the students attempt them . All fitness levels are encouraged. Each exercise will be approx. 1 minute long There will also be a proper warm up and cool down. Students will have a background of instrumental music as we work through the exercises, with a break half way through to check in. These classes are high energy and lots of fun! Students are encouraged to bring resistance bands(including mini bands) to class. There are options for exercises without the bands as well. We will also have a warm up and cool down with each class. There is no experience needed. Don't see a time that works for you? Feel free to reach out so we can schedule a time that works best for you and your learner. Private bookings are also available.
Learning Goals
The students will learn basic fitness while having lots of fun! They will also learn how to stretch, during warm up and cool down exercises.

Parental Guidance
Parents should ensure that all students have an open workout space. We suggest a wood floor and bare feet, but a carpeted floor could also work. Yoga mat is optional. Parents should ensure all students have access to water during the class. Students may prepare for the class with adequate stretching beforehand, and additional stretching will be taught at the start and end of every class. Injuries may occur is students do not have an open workout space, adequate stretching, or parental supervision during class. Students working out without water or in a very warm room may become dehydrated or ill, so we ask that the workout room be a comfortable temperature.

Resistance bands (Preferably 2. Mini bands or regular size is fine) Weights (Preferably 2. Any size) *Adaptations will be offered for students who only have 1 of each item, or only have 1 type of item.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Teacher expertise and credentials
Fitness has always been important to me. Over the years, I have taught children of all ages in yoga, dance and general cardio fitness. I believe fitness is important for health and mental well being. I have learned how to adapt to different age levels, as well as taught internationally.
