Developing daily and weekly schedules that work for them. Avoiding procrastination and staying focused. Setting realistic goals and breaking them into manageable steps. Managing distractions (social media, phone, etc.). Topics Covered: Task prioritization: Learning how to identify what’s most important. Time-blocking and scheduling: Creating efficient study and personal time. Overcoming procrastination: Practical methods to start and stay on track. Tools and apps for time management: Exploring digital tools like calendars and planners. Balance and self-care: Learning the importance of taking breaks and managing stress. Class Structure: Introduction: Overview of time management and why it’s essential. Interactive Exercises: Students will create their own schedules, set goals, and discuss challenges they face in managing time. Practical Tools: Introduction to time management apps and how to use them effectively. Group Discussion: Share time management tips and experiences, and brainstorm solutions for common challenges.
