Learning Goals
We will be looking into how to make the most efficient use of time, how to decrease stress as it relates to assignments and chores, and discussing procrastination, multi-tasking, distractions, etc Students will leave having learned tips and tricks on how to maximize their time, with the goal of doing better quality of work, without stress, and in less time.
