Brush Your Teeth, Wash Your Face, Get Ready Together: Interactive Circle Time

This class is a new take on the traditional circle time classes, which promote socialisation and discussion, as well as teach the basics every student needs to start and end their day. With more and more learning happening in the home, a strong start and end to the day with all the basics covered is crucial. Students are encouraged to come to class in their pajamas! 

Students will introduce themselves and discuss their recent adventures of plans, if they are comfortable. We will discuss the daily weather and what we might need to prepare for if we are going outside. Students will brush their teeth with other learners for the recommended 2 minutes while a teeth brushing song plays, which helps them know how long to brush their teeth for.  They will also be encouraged to wash their face and sing along to the washing face song. They will also be encouraged to wash their hands. 

Students will then comb or brush their hair, if applicable, and talk about what they might want to wear and what they ate.

This class lets students socialize and cover all the basics while learning the importance of brushing your teeth and being prepared.  The learning style is fun and casual, and students interact through the songs, activities and discussion. There is no prior knowledge needed and parents are encourage to assist their children if needed with the activities.
