During one/one sessions, students receive individualized support in their own personal challenges with executive function. Often this includes going over their daily schedule, prioritizing their tasks and designing a system that works for them, designating a binder or folder for important papers to help with organization, a simple overview of time management tools to help students manage their time more productively and finally some tips and tricks to overcome tendencies to procrastinate. ...
To ensure effective tutoring, the teacher suggests meeting 2x per week. Book additional recurring meetings after the initial purchase.Students will learn some basic practices of time management, planning, organization and task initiation to increase productivity and lessen stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
