Class Experience

Are you ready to race against time to escape your plane that is mysteriously going down in the Bermuda Triangle? This escape room will combine critical thinking puzzles that involve logic, math, and word problems so that all learners can participate to help their team escape.

Here is the scenario: You and your friends are headed for the perfect beach vacation. You have your sunglasses packed and you are ready for a week of relaxation and sun. First, you need to get there. You board the plane hoping that the ride is quick and without a glitch as you just want to start your well-deserved vacation. You are sitting in your first-class seat, feet up, when all of a sudden the plane jolts sending you into the seat in front of you. What is going on? The pilot then makes an announcement 'Mayday Mayday, this is your captain, the plane is going down, prepare yourself for a crash landing in the ocean'. You run to the emergency door only to notice it has been tampered with. You need to stop this plane from going down before it is too late.

Students will work together with their classmates to escape their plane from becoming another story of the mysterious Bermuda Triangle.
Class Structure:
- 5 minutes for introductions and explanation of how the escape room works
- 45 minutes to escape
- 5 minutes to conclude (bonus trivia if students escape early!)
