Exercise with Coach Mandie as we help Mirabel search for her door. We will run through the jungle dodging chetahs, jumping over alligators, ducking under toucans, and freezing when we see a python.
Class experience
Exercise along with Coach Mandie on a magical journey in Colombia! In the first few minutes of class, learners will have the opportunity to connect with Coach Mandie. We will begin our Exercise class with fun and engaging warm up exercises that will wake up our bodies. We will review running in place, dodging, jumping, freezing, kicking, chopping, spinning, and ducking. Next, together we will follow an exciting exercise video that is perfect for your tiny exercisers! We will end class...

Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.
