Bring a little bit of Disney into your home with this fun and interactive class, where students will be able to dress up as their favorite characters, sing and dance to their favorite songs, and get some exercise in. Class structure: Intro/ character discussion Dance Party Character workout (guess that song) Cool down/ goodbye Learners are encouraged to bring water for class and to have plenty of space to move around. They are welcome to wear Disney attire or their favorite costume. They may also bring a Disney item of choice to share if we have time at the end of class. I love to personalize my classes so please share with me your child’s favorite characters and movies so I can try to incorporate those into our class! See ya real soon!
Learning Goals
Students will be able to discuss their favorite characters With others prior to getting their wiggles out. They will learn some fun moves focusing on Disney characters. They will learn the importance of exercising.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Utah State University with my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Family Life/Child Development. I have an instructor’s license as well as TESOL and TEFL certifications.
I am very excited to meet you! I have been teaching or tutoring since 2010. I love to teach fitness, music, ESL, math, reading, cosmetology, and anything to do with Disney, especially Star Wars! I am proud to be the original instructor of the Star Wars Jedi workouts for Outschool! I like lightsaber training and finding fun and cool ways to help kids get moving and become more involved with fitness! I have worked with all ages, but working with children is my favorite!
Outside of teaching I love to read, run, swim, go on vacation, and play with my children. I have such a passion for teaching and learning. I am a teacher who loves precision and exactness, while still having a lot of fun! I enjoy incorporating singing, dancing, laughter, and excitement into my classes, while making new friends along the way. It is such a joy when my students learn a new concept or skill. I am energetic and always try my best to help my students succeed. I look forward to our fun adventures ahead in learning together! See ya real soon!
