Description
Class Experience
Students will be able to discuss their favorite characters With others prior to getting their wiggles out. They will learn some fun moves focusing on Disney characters. They will learn the importance of exercising.
No homework will be assigned but it is encouraged to continue to workout daily and drink plenty of water.
Water A mat or carpeted area Disney toys/attire
25 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Please make sure the learner has enough room to move around and something to drink nearby during class.
