In this one-time class, middle and high school students will get a taste of the Folklore Genre by diving into the history and folklore that surrounds werewolves.

Intermediate Level
This is a one-time course that is offered to help you get to know me as a teacher. We will discuss the origins of werewolves and the folklore surrounding these creatures. This is a discussion-based class where we will talk about the first-hand accounts, images, and history of werewolves. You don't need any prior knowledge to be in this course. This course does speak about a topic that may be considered scary for some learners. For this reason, I suggest that all participants be 13 or older.

Parental Guidance
Due to the nature of werewolf folklore I recommend students be at least 13 years of age to take this course. If your child is not ready for a PG-13 movie, then I suggest taking another introductory course with me at a later date.

Students should be reading and comprehending on a 7th Grade or higher level
