In this 4 day camp, learners will explore the world of Greek Mythology by learning about the 12 Olympic Gods and Hades (who is not considered an Olympian because he does not live on Mount Olympus). This class is perfect for both students who have previous knowledge of Greek Mythology and those who are just getting started on their journey into mythology. Students will have an understanding of who the Olympians are and be able to share some of their major myths.
I have been studying and learning about Greek Mythology since I was very young. I teach this class in a more in depth 8 week format and in flex.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Greek Mythology has several instances of assault, violence, and infidelity. All topics are covered using age appropriate language. The myths covered have been carefully selected to abide by what would be considered acceptable for this age range.
