Welcome to a 4 week class on the Greek Olympians! This class will introduce the famous Gods and Goddesses of the Greek Pantheon and talk about their major myths. After a month spent in Greece I have also accumulated photos and videos of what the temples and historical places of the Gods look like today. The ancient stories of the Olympians were so well created that they still appear in books and movies today, almost 4,000 years later. 
This class is perfect for learners that are just beginning their journey with Greek Mythology AND for learners who already have favorites are well versed in the myths. There are many variations within the stories, and we go over those and discuss which seems more likely.
This class is as discussion based as the learners make it. I accommodate for all levels of involvement preference. Students are free to use the chat to ask questions and comments that are related to the discussion. I love hearing what learners think and if they can relate it to any stories or media they have encountered. 
Students don't need any prior knowledge of Greek Mythology to join and enjoy this class.

Week Two: Athena, Apollo, and Artemis
Week Three: Ares, Hephaestus, and Hermes
Week Four: Hestia, Dionysus, Aphrodite, and Demeter
