In this class, students will honor their unique selves, transform negative self-talk to positive self-talk, create positive affirmations for the future they desire, and will use visualization meditaiton to create and deepen neural pathways in order to set their desires in motion. * The student will celebrate three unique aspects about themselves that they love. * The student will transform a negative self-talk statement to a positive self-talk statement. * The student will create three positive affirmations for a future they desire. * The student will create one positive affirmation art doodle for a future desire. * The student will understand how to visualize a positive affirmation as if it is occuring right now in order to create a new neural pathway.
I am a personal development teacher and life coach for kids that has a strong desisre to teach kids how to love themselves and soar in self-confidence. I am a certified middle school teacher and certified HeartMath Coach. I have worked with youth for 15 + years. I laugh and smile a lot in class, because I truly am happy to be there!
