Since early childhood, I’ve had a passion for visual arts and technology. I remember with fondness the teachers who shared with me not only their knowledge but their enthusiasm in these fields of study. It is my earnest desire to carry on this legacy as a teacher. Hence, my present career has been formed by merging these enjoyments of the past. Anyone who has an eye for art and creativity, wanting to express it through modern technology, will be inspired as they join me in these video editing classes.
Learners may also join me in the exciting world of paper airplane making! Folding airplanes together is not only fun, but comprehension of aerodynamic principles of flight can be developed. Craftmanship will be put to the test in flight throws, and a sense of accomplishment can be felt as the learner works their way to becoming a distinguished Paper Pilot!
Over the past 4 years I’ve embraced online education, teaching students from age 4 and up. I have a Bachelor of TESOL ORIGINS AND METHODS, with a Minor in ONLINE EDUCATION issued from the United States Institute of Language and Clerical Studies in Florida. I have studied the spectrum of teaching methods and how they can be harmonized with online educational tools. I also work in the community as a volunteer in teaching and education.
From my experience, a friendly atmosphere in the virtual classroom is the key to opening student creativity and expressive communication. Education that inspires must not only be enjoyable but also bring to the student tangible accomplishments and a passion for what they learn, where they in turn can inspire others.
