PLEASE REQUEST A CLASS DIRECTLY FROM THE TEACHER. This startup class is designed to help the student understand the basics needed for the ongoing classes. The student will produce a cartoon video of themselves similar to the intro video of this class. To do this, they must learn some basic functions in the free CapCut video editing app for Android and iOS operated devices. This will allow them to progress further to the ongoing class later on packed with lots of fun creative video effects. The student will follow the teacher's step-by-step instructions which will be clearly presented via the Zoom Share Screen feature. The class will be an open discussion style so that students are free to ask any question at any time. No prior experience is required for this intro class. SPECIAL NOTE TO USERS OF iOS APPLE DEVICES: The 3D Cartoon video feature may not yet be available on some Apple devices. As a substitute, a freeze-frame cartoon can be generated. In general, all features for the ongoing classes will be available.

Since early childhood, I’ve had a passion for visual arts and technology. I remember with fondness the teachers who shared with me not only their knowledge but their enthusiasm in these fields of study. It is my earnest desire to carry on this legacy as a teacher. Hence, my present career has been formed by merging these enjoyments of the past. Anyone who has an eye for art and creativity, wanting to express it through modern technology, will be inspired as they join me in these video editing classes.
Learners may also join me in the exciting world of paper airplane making! Folding airplanes together is not only fun, but comprehension of aerodynamic principles of flight can be developed. Craftmanship will be put to the test in flight throws, and a sense of accomplishment can be felt as the learner works their way to becoming a distinguished Paper Pilot!
Over the past 4 years I’ve embraced online education, teaching students from age 4 and up. I have a Bachelor of TESOL ORIGINS AND METHODS, with a Minor in ONLINE EDUCATION issued from the United States Institute of Language and Clerical Studies in Florida. I have studied the spectrum of teaching methods and how they can be harmonized with online educational tools. I also work in the community as a volunteer in teaching and education.
From my experience, a friendly atmosphere in the virtual classroom is the key to opening student creativity and expressive communication. Education that inspires must not only be enjoyable but also bring to the student tangible accomplishments and a passion for what they learn, where they in turn can inspire others.
