Each week a different introduction video will be presented for the student to preview for the class project. Before class, the teacher will inform the students on the class page whether or not they must prepare their own video material: (1) Most video material will be retrieved directly from Capcut. (2) The teacher may also provide the student a link to download the material. (3) The teacher may instruct the learners to pre-record video material according to the lesson.Class Experience
Intermediate - Advanced Level
IF NO CLASS TIME IS CONVENIENTLY AVAILABLE, PLEASE REQUEST. In this ongoing class, students will follow a different project each week, learning advanced editing methods to be able to produce their own beautiful and captivating videos! These classes will continue indefinitely, with new projects every week. The student will follow the teacher's step-by-step instructions which will be clearly presented via the Zoom Share Screen feature. The class will be an open discussion style so that students are free to ask any question at any time. Each week a different introduction video will be presented for the student to preview for the class project. Before class, the teacher will inform the students on the class page whether or not they must prepare their own video material: (1) Most video material will be retrieved directly from Capcut. (2) The teacher may also provide the student a link to download the material. (3) The teacher may instruct the learners to pre-record video material according to the lesson. Each class is unique and is not dependent on the previous one. Students are free to enroll whenever they wish. These classes will continue indefinitely, with new projects every week, therefore the student's starting week can be at any time (there is no first class). ***PLEASE NOTE*** It is recommended that the student first completes the following course: "Video Editing: Creations with Capcut Video Editor - Android/iOS Devices". Hence, my present career has been formed by merging these enjoyments of the past. Anyone who has an eye for art and creativity, wanting to express it through modern technology, will be inspired as they join me in these video editing classes.
Learners may also join me in the exciting world of paper airplane making! Folding airplanes together is not only fun, but comprehension of aerodynamic principles of flight can be developed. Craftmanship will be put to the test in flight throws, and a sense of accomplishment can be felt as the learner works their way to becoming a distinguished Paper Pilot!
Over the past 4 years I’ve embraced online education, teaching students from age 4 and up. I have a Bachelor of TESOL ORIGINS AND METHODS, with a Minor in ONLINE EDUCATION issued from the United States Institute of Language and Clerical Studies in Florida. I have studied the spectrum of teaching methods and how they can be harmonized with online educational tools. I also work in the community as a volunteer in teaching and education.
From my experience, a friendly atmosphere in the virtual classroom is the key to opening student creativity and expressive communication.
