If your student already knows 500 signs or more and is familiar with ASL grammar and classifiers, or has taken my previous courses, then this is the class for them! If not, then part 1, 2, or 3 may be a better fit for them. Learn to Sign in 5 Weeks will be your first step.

Each class will be prerecorded and posted on Sunday of each week. The students can watch the recordings at their convenience each week and I will be available daily to answer questions.

I am passionate about teaching ASL and Deaf culture to students of all ages, it’s an incredible language and I am looking forward to learning, laughing, and signing with your children soon! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

I have been fluent in ASL for 10 years and have been a translator for many events and conferences. I have also taught ASL to students ages 4-20 in many courses over the years. I teach grammar, classifiers, vocabulary, and translations. I have my double certificate in ASL from International Open Academy and am heavily involved in the Deaf community in my area. I love teaching ASL! I am excited to expand my knowledge to your children through this course!
