I have been fluent in ASL for 18 years and have been a translator for many events and conferences. I have also taught ASL to students ages 4-20 in many courses over the years. I teach grammar, classifiers, vocabulary, and translations. I have my double certificate in ASL from International Open Academy and am heavily involved in the Deaf community in my area. I love teaching ASL! I am excited to expand my knowledge to your children through this course!
We will watch short videos in ASL by a Deaf signer, these are all rated G and completely kid friendly. If you would like a full list of the videos we will be watching, please feel free to contact me and I will be glad to share the links. They will all be on YouTube.
