1 hour per week. Students will be given basic review sheets to be discussed at the following class. These assignments will take no more than 10-15 minutes per week to complete.Class Experience
Students will enjoy a lively weekly course aimed at improving their Basic French Language skills. Student will learn how to say days of the week and months of the year. They will learn how to tell time, how to describe body parts, describe their family and daily routine. They will learn basic vocabulary about school, jobs, parts of the house, traveling and more. Students will learn through slides, video clips and lecture. We will engage in basic conversation, play memory games and sing songs. We will also learn a basic French recipe. This class is designed for a student who have some basic knowledge of the French language and would like to continue to learn more. However, all students are welcome! Hello! My name is Kiana and I'm from New York. I love foreign languages, cooking and photography. I especially enjoy sharing these passions with others who have a thirst for knowledge and an interest in other cultures. I have spent the past nine years teaching students of various ages Basic French, Basic Spanish, Basic Haitian Creole and Cooking. A fun fact about me is that I am a world traveler and I can say a greeting in over 10 languages.
