Hello! Welcome to Winter Dance & Craft Camp! We are going to have so much fun together and I can't wait to get to know you while dancing and crafting!
Day one will include a short intro of all of the learners. We will get to know each other and what our environments are like where we live. Do we have a snowy winter? Have you ever built a snowman?
Here is our breakdown of each day's theme:
*Day One: Do you wanna build a snowman?

*Day Two: Penguin fun!
music: The Penguin Dance
craft: Handprint Penguin

*Day Three: Winter Trees
music: Winter Wonderland & Let it Snow
craft: Popcorn Winter Tree

Supplies: White paper or other ideas include: white puffy paint, white cotton balls, white clay/molding dough, white felt, etc.
Paper for background
sticks or brown paper

yarn or paper scarf
crafting googly eyes or paper eyes
small hat made out of paper
one cotton ball or marshmallow to represent the head of the snowman

Parental Guidance
With any sport or activity like this, caution should be taken. Please inform the instructor of any health concerns that may affect your learner. Proper attire (comfortable clothing), an adequate amount of space, and a water bottle would be a good thing to have for our class.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
I offer discounts to siblings, love to work with groups that want to dance together online, and I am always willing to work with you on group discounts, multi-class discounts, and one-on-one private lessons!
