Disney Dance & Craft: An on-Going Class
Each week will have a Disney Princess themed dance and craft!

Each class will start with a fun, ice-breaker style question all related to Disney and Disney Princesses. Following this our class will begin to learn some basic ballet & dance moves to the Princess of the week. After learning a few simple moves, we will dance to the song a few times. If time allows, we will do a quick game of freeze dance. Following our dancing, we will complete a craft that goes with the princess of the week. They will be posted AND messaged to each learner prior to class. At times there may be Grown-up help necessary for the crafts.
Other Details
Parental Guidance
With any sort of physical activity it is important to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and take the necessary safety precautions. Learners should inform the instructor of any restrictions or any health and safety issues that are of concern.
Supply List
Craft Supplies are needed each week. They will be posted and messaged to enrolled learners.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
I offer discounts to siblings, love to work with groups that want to dance together online, and I am always willing to work with you on group discounts, multi-class discounts, and one-on-one private lessons!
