This class will explore interesting topics in U.S. History and feature student interaction, Q and A, kahoot quizzes. Some training in historical research will also be included. - The goal of this class is for students to have a grasp of some of the big events in U.S. History, and also be able to learn on their own more ably after having taken the class.
I have taught over 100 Outschoolers as well as having taught College for three years. I approach the material differently depending upon the age of the student, but it is never presented in a gratuitous manner if it is violent or otherwise disturbing.

The material is presented in an age appropriate manner for 11-14-year-old learners.
Each class has a separate list of "to learn more" links and resources that will be posted to the classroom.
