🌿 Welcome to Ms. Jodi's Classroom! 🌿 Step into a beautiful, relaxed space where the magic of Waldorf education meets deep, meaningful learning. This class offers your child the opportunity to explore reading analysis, mythology, and symbolism while experiencing the depth of an elite private school education—at home. ✨ The Archetypal Bird soars through myths, legends, and philosophies from around the world, carrying wisdom across cultures and time. In this semester-long journey, we will read these stories and explore the symbolism of different birds, uncovering the rich themes of archetypes woven into the Waldorf curriculum. 🖋️ Guided Writing & Creative Expression Alongside our storytelling, we will engage in guided writing and artistic exploration, allowing students to process and reflect through drawing or writing. My free-flowing, interactive teaching style nurtures each student’s unique learning experience, giving them space to absorb and connect with the stories in a way that feels natural and personal. 🕊️ What Can the Bird Teach Us? Through our readings and reflections, we will uncover the deeper messages these birds carry—from ancient wisdom to personal insights relevant in our own lives today. I can’t wait to embark on this meaningful journey with your student! ✨
