About one in three teens experience elevated levels of anxiety. It's never too early for our little ones to learn strategies to enhance calm, reduce worries, and develop an anxiety-free lifestyle. In each class: 1. Students will learn or review a few aspects of what anxiety is, facts and the physiological process 2. Students will learn at least an average of 4 strategies per class 3. Students will learn why the strategies work to reduce worries and anxiety
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, with M.Ed. in Community counseling and a B.A. in Sociology. I have taught Anxiety Awareness/Reduction, to children of all ages, in brick and mortar classrooms, and in group counseling settings.

You’ll need to enter the classroom through Outschool.com and not through an email in order to see the attachments.
