It can be hard for young learners to focus when they have so much energy ready to burst out.  This energy is a good thing but often needs a healthy outlet. 

Shake break - Movement and Exercise Games is an ongoing group that meets 2 times a week for some active fun. Each class students will have the opportunity to get their wiggles out through active games, music with motions, active adventure stories with a lot of movements and more!
