We will begin with a proper Stretch Routine and teach you what muscles are being stretched. We will then do a warmup for endurance, balance, agility. We will also do a different fun activity each week, such as Hula Hoop, Jump Rope, some Yoga. Equipment for this class is not required. The workout portion can be done without equipment.
