This class is welcomed to both boys and girls! We will be learning stretching, conditioning, and basic, beginner gymnastics skills. Safety and privacy are top priorities. Whenever students are involved in a physical fitness routine, I also advise parents of any potential hazards (including, but not limited to, needing an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand) as well as injuries that can occur if not properly supervised.
Please practice gymnastics in a safe space with no obstacles in the way. Also, provide a soft area (gymnastics mat, yoga mat, carpet) for your gymnast to practice on.
