Class Experience
This is a private lesson for boys and girls who range in ability in gymnastics or acro from beginner to advanced. In this lesson we will work on skills requested by the learner or specific skills the coach thinks the learner should work on more. The lesson will begin with a quick warm-up and stretch. Then we will work on the desired skills. This lesson is a good opportunity to get one-on-one help on specific gymnastics or acro skills the learner is working on. All that is required for this class is a yoga mat or a padded surface/mat at least the size of a yoga mat. Note: While parents are not required to participate with their child in the class, supervision is highly recommended to maintain a safe environment.

Students will receive private, specific coaching to help improve their gymnastics and acro skills.

Supply List
All that is required for this class is a yoga mat or a padded surface/mat at least the size of a yoga mat, make sure there is plenty of room surrounding the workout space. Other materials may be needed or suggested by the coach, this will be discussed before class if necessary. Make sure students are dressed in proper attire (workout wear that is fitting enough so it will not fall down, but loose enough to permit movement), has a water bottle handy, and is wearing their hair up and out of their face.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Teacher expertise and credentials
Like any other sport, there is a risk of injury that comes with practicing gymnastics and acro, especially at home. I will do my absolute best to limit these risks by ensuring a proper warmup and stretch takes place along with proper progressions.
