Fluent Readers Club: A Comprehension, Fluency, and Grammar Class

Welcome to the Fluent Readers Club, a supportive and engaging weekly class designed for children ages 7-9. My mission is to foster a love for reading while enhancing key literacy skills such as comprehension, fluency, and grammar.

Each week we will dive into a new short story, carefully selected to captivate your child's imagination and spark their curiosity. Through interactive reading sessions, I will focus on improving your child's reading fluency, ensuring that each learner becomes a confident and expressive reader.

My comprehension checks will help each learner develop critical thinking skills and gain a deeper understanding of the texts being read. 

Grammar rules will be seamlessly integrated into our lessons, making learning fun and relevant. 

In addition to these core components, the Fluent Readers Club will offer targeted activities each week, tailored to meet your child's reading journey. Whether it’s vocabulary building or reading aloud, my goal is to create a supportive and enriching environment where every child can thrive.
