This class will meet once for 30 minutes. Students will be introduced to the CUT strategy that they will use to analyze texts and improve reading comprehension. The CUT strategy is: C - Circle key vocabulary words U - Underline key evidence, explanations, etc T - Talk to the text - ask questions, draw connections, etc Students will then have an opportunity to practice reading texts with the instructor.
