このクラスで学べること
Your learner will learn how to separate eggs. We will be using the egg white to bake up a amazing cake, which is crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. Learners will have the option of making a fruit compote or using fresh fruit. Which we will do in the first section. In their second section, learners will make their boxed pudding and whip up their whipcream, then assemble their cake. Learners will be using the oven, stove top, and knifes during class. I’ll leave that judgment up to you, if they need supervision in those areas. This is a two-part class as we need our cake to cool.

Students will learn baking and measurements skills, and get to see what a amazing dessert they bake up that could be eaten year round. This will be a perfect conversation starter at any social gathering they take it to.

Younger learners may need help turning on oven and removing their pavlova from the oven. If your learner decides for the compote vs fresh fruit they may need your help using the stove. They may will need help when adding the sugar if using a hand held mixer.
