料理とお菓子作り: 1対1で会っておいしい料理とお菓子を作りましょう

At Sweet T’s Baking & Cooking Class, we believe that cooking is an art form. We teach our students to approach cooking & baking with creativity and passion, and to take pride in their work. We believe that cooking & baking should be enjoyable as well as challenging, and we strive to make our classes both fun and educational.

This is a private live 1:1 cooking/baking class to cater to your child’s choice of baking or cooking experience. I have scratch to semi scratch recipes and everything in between. 
I cater to the beginner, intermediate and advanced learners. 
Your child will have a variety of choices to choose from or if they’re looking for something not on my list they could request it. 
Once they’ve decided to join me we will then decide on what dish they want to make. I then will provide a supply list of ingredients and kitchen supplies needed for that class. 
Some choices are listed below, but not limited to those listed. I have many sweet to savory dishes to choose from. My recipes could be adapted to be meatless.
Lasagna 
Pizza
Mac and Cheese 
Cheese Enchiladas with meat options 
Pozole in red sauce 
Fettuccine Alfredo 
Bear Caws
Churro Cheesecake 
Cinnamon Rolls 
Chocolate Chip Blondies 
Caramel Popcorn 
Baklava 
Your learner will be chopping, dicing, mixing, piping or drizzling. They will be using a mixer, blender, microwave, stovetop, and oven. 
Depending on what they choose they may be kneading their dough. 
This will all be in the comfort of their kitchen and I will be cooking and baking along with them. 
Depending on the age of your child and their experience I recommend an adult/parent be nearby in case your child needs help.
This is a 55 minute 1:1 class, but depending on the recipe we may go over 5-10 minutes.
Some recipe may finish baking off live class, but clear instructions will be given along with recipe. 
This 1:1 class could be taken once or turned into a weekly class where they will continue to build their confidence in the kitchen, while making some delicious dishes.
Your child could ask questions and give their input. As I like to say at the end of the day you are the designer of your dish.
