This will be an experimental class where students learn about osmosis. They have an opportunity to formulate a hypothesis, conduct and experiment, record their findings, and discuss if their hypothesis was correct. This experiment will allow students' potential to unfold. Students scientific reasoning will be amazing, mindset will shift, problems will be solved, and both discussion and thinking will be dynamic. Students will receive feedback and encouragement during the class. Great, age-appropriate project offering numerous learning opportunities. Students will learn through the experiment, slides, discussion, and interaction with peers and Mrs. Kris. Students will have an observation sheet to record their findings.
Metas de aprendizaje
Students will learn about osmosis and associated vocabulary words. Students will track and discuss their observations.
