Come relax and unwind with Miss Madison’s one night yoga class! In this class we will be going through a basic yoga routine so no prior experience necessary. After a short introduction of myself and the kind of yoga we will be practicing tonight, we will jump right into some poses/stretches. This class will be taught as a flow yoga classes meaning there will be no starting and stopping, simply building on what we are doing in the moment. This class will be a follow along step by step live video. My teaching style is relaxed and laid back as this course is meant to be calming, not stressful. Microphones will be turned off so any questions can be asked in the chat or after our yoga session is complete. Class will end off with a short guided meditation.
Learning Goals
Students will learn a few yoga poses and be able to relax and unwind.
Students will learn how to meditate through guided meditation.

Parental Guidance
We will be doing yoga so please ensure the student has a mat or a comfortable place to do physical activity.
Supply List
Yoga mat or comfortable area to practice yoga. Water bottle.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
