US Grade Preschool - Kindergarten
This one-time class is a great way for your learner to get some wiggles out explore new ways to move their bodies. In this short and sweet preschool movement class, learners will follow along with simple movement prompts, mirror the movement of the teacher, and will be asked to recreate several basic and age-appropriate yoga poses. **Learners should be barefoot and dressed to move (no jeans please), have water available, and enough space to move around without hitting anything. Please make sure to let the instructor know of any injuries or physical limitations prior to the start of class. PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN RISK**

Stacy has been teaching children of all ages for over 18 years. She has been teaching dance for the past 12 years both virtually and in-person. Stacy has taken a number of movement and flexibility courses and trainings and is extremely passionate about working with kids and helping them find their favorite ways to move their bodies!
