It’s time to bust a move and break a sweat! This one-time class will offer learners a short, high energy workout that is both fun and simple to follow. This class will combine a HIIT style workout, fun and simple dance steps, and songs from popular musicals such as Hamilton and Six. Class will begin with a quick, full body warmup before moving on to the workout. **participants are asked to come to class dressed to move (no jeans please), have water available, and have enough space to move around without hitting anything. Please make sure to let the instructor know of any injuries or physical limitations prior to the start of class. DANCE AT YOUR OWN RISK.**

Teacher expertise and credentials
Stacy has a BA in theatre, and has been teaching children of all ages for over 18 years. She has been teaching dance for the past 12 years both virtually and in-person. Stacy has taken a number of movement and flexibility courses and trainings and is extremely passionate about working with kids and helping them find their favorite ways to move their bodies!
