Class Experience

Students will improve their physical health and fitness, while gaining knowledge on how to perform a variety of exercises safely and properly. 
During my time as a gym employee, I have had the opportunity to receive extensive mentorships in health and exercise from numerous fitness professionals. I believe this has armed me with great hands-on experience, and furthered my knowledge base as a fitness instructor. 

As a fitness enthusiast myself with 10 years of weight lifting experience, I am excited to share my fitness knowledge with learners of all ages! Exercising at all ages is a critical aspect of maintaining good health. My goal is to guide learners in how to properly execute a variety exercises, and grow their confidence in their fitness abilities. 
Learners should maintain sufficient space for exercise, free of any dangerous tables, corners, ledges, or other items. Students should use a yoga mat or soft surface for increased safety, and comfortability.
1 hour 10 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
As safety is of upmost importance in this class, parental guidance is highly recommended. If not properly supervised, students risk sustaining injury during exercise.

Learners should maintain sufficient space for exercise, free of any dangerous tables, corners, ledges, or other items. If practicing on a hard floor, a yoga mat or soft surface is needed for increased safety, and comfortability. 

Students should also bring a water bottle for proper hydration.
