Improve your math skills with skills in Touch Point math! Every number has specific "touchpoints" and when learned, students can add and subtract quickly! This is perfect for a student who you notice is counting on their fingers a lot, or taking a long time to add and subtract. Day 1-Introduce Touch numbers 1-9 Day 2-Review and practice Touch numbers and learn the addition rule Day 3-Review and practice all Touch numbers and learn the subtraction rule The students will need prior knowledge of addition and subtraction--this class is not to teach how to add & subtract, rather, a method of how to do it easily and quickly. The ability to use the Annotate feature (writing on the Zoom whiteboard) makes the class a lot more fun and engaging for the students, however, using a piece of paper or dry erase board works too!

Supply List
Students will need paper/pencil or dry erase board/marker, etc. available. I will provide a pdf of the numbers with the touchpoints for you to print and the students can trace, if desired. The students will have a chance to write on the screen using the annotate feature of Zoom. They can use the mouse to draw, if you don't have a touch screen.
