Spelling Master Class Personalized For You!

The course begins with a comprehensive assessment that helps identify each student's current spelling level, allowing for a customized curriculum that targets individual strengths and areas for improvement.

Students will start the course by taking this assessment. Once they take the assessment, they will be placed at a spelling level. They will then be given their first set of spelling words. They will then have activities to practice until they take a quiz and then a test. Any words that are spelled incorrectly will carryover to the next week. Students will be given both digital and PDF printable activities. As a busy homeschool mom I enjoy all things digital but know some students/parents prefer worksheets. Each week I will check the assessments and provide activities tailored to your individual needs. This will include worksheets, youtube videos, and access to my Epic! reading classroom website. 

Each week students will have the option to begin the week with a new quiz. If they spelled all words correctly from the previous week they will spell new words until 15 are incorrect. If they have for example 3 words from the previous week to carryover, they will spell until 12 are incorrect and this will become their new list. If a student has not had time to get to the quiz then the words will carryover to the new week.

*Students will be given access to my Spelling Safari classroom. I will use your students first name and the word "class" as your last name. I will also make up a birthday. This will given you a login and password. I do it this way to ensure no information is spread. There is no communication that takes place on spelling safari. It is simply a way for me to assess your student when it is convenient for you without me having to be there.
