First Grade Reading + Math & MORE

🐛 Our baby caterpillars have arrived this week! I will be showing them each day after class so students can watch them grow/change until they go through metamorphosis and change into beautiful painted lady butterflies! Its a spring favorite! There are also worksheets, crafts and activities in the class posted to go with this extra project! Ladybugs will follow this and be ordered when the butterflies fly away! 😍

In the next few weeks we will be working on reading passages, sight words, and a deeper number sense. 

Students will receive the passages after class digital + print. Students also have access to class subscriptions paid and provided by the teacher: Spelling Safari, Epic, and Teach Your Monster To Read.

Every few weeks I have aimed to have a "project" of sorts. For example: plan your party budget, math escape rooms, writing assignments. As a homeschool parent I always appreciate when my kids are given, taught and work on a project that I can turn in, so I have been trying to incorporate a few monthly here :)
