Teacher expertise and credentials
Master's Degree from Webster University
For the last five years I have been a substitute teacher for grades Pre-K through 8th. This role has given me experience in dealing with teaching social studies, history and ELA.
I also teach a very successful course on Outschool, "Racism and Black Lives Matter". This course teaches about slavery, the history of racism and Black Lives Matter. My reviews have been excellent.
As a former Director of HR, who was a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I helped deal with sensitive discrimination issues when there was alleged discrimination. I have also provided sensitivity training to employees to help them celebrate diversity instead of practicing discrimination. .
