As a certified special educator with 11 years of experience, I’ve worked intensely with students with Autism in the classroom. I’ve participated in many training sessions for people with disabilities, including the START Project that focuses on Autism exclusively. I’ve had many experiences with people with Autism, including living with a relative who was on the spectrum. I’ve read a variety of books on topics concerning Autism such as diet, behavior and personal stories. This combination of personal and professional experience gives me the expertise to teach this class well.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
