Each session will focus on a key element of habit-building:

Assessment & Goal Setting: Identifying the student’s current routines and setting personal goals.
Habit Creation: Learning habit-stacking techniques and strategies for incorporating positive habits.
Overcoming Barriers: Addressing challenges like procrastination, lack of motivation, or distraction.
Progress Evaluation: Reviewing progress, troubleshooting issues, and refining routines.
Teaching Style:
This class is interactive, supportive, and personalized. Students will participate in discussions, complete guided exercises, and set actionable goals during each session. I will provide tailored advice, examples, and encouragement to ensure learners feel empowered to take charge of their routines.
