What Will Be Taught? Understanding the psychology of habits and routines. Identifying current habits and recognizing unproductive patterns. Building effective routines using habit stacking and goal alignment. Overcoming obstacles like procrastination and burnout. Tracking progress and adjusting habits for long-term success. How Is the Class Structured? Each session will focus on a key element of habit-building: Assessment & Goal Setting: Identifying the student’s current routines and setting personal goals. Habit Creation: Learning habit-stacking techniques and strategies for incorporating positive habits. Overcoming Barriers: Addressing challenges like procrastination, lack of motivation, or distraction. Progress Evaluation: Reviewing progress, troubleshooting issues, and refining routines. Teaching Style: This class is interactive, supportive, and personalized. Students will participate in discussions, complete guided exercises, and set actionable goals during each session. I will provide tailored advice, examples, and encouragement to ensure learners feel empowered to take charge of their routines. Interaction & Engagement: Students will actively participate in creating and refining their routines, tracking their progress, and reflecting on their successes. Each session includes personalized guidance and activities to ensure learners feel motivated and confident.
