"Brisingr" is the 3rd book in Christopher Paolini's "Inheritance Cycle" series.  

The book will be divided into 4 approximately equal parts to be read for each class (the sections will be listed and available within the classroom postings for students as they join).  Ideally, students will have read the section before the scheduled class so they may discuss plot progression, characters, themes, motifs, and make predictions.  Furthermore, any connections students can make to the real world and/or other works of literature will be encouraged.  I will always come with excerpts from the reading or thematic questions for discussion, but the hope is that students will help drive discussion.

This is a great way for kids to maintain a reading schedule and have people to talk about the book with.
