Class Experience

Are you ready to step into the mysterious world of the paranormal?  This course introduces students to the fundamentals of paranormal investigation, blending history, culture, science, and critical thinking to explore the unexplained. Whether you're a skeptic or a believer, you'll learn how to approach supernatural phenomena with curiosity and respect, using modern tools and techniques.

While self-paced, I am always available via Outschool messaging to answer questions or for you to check-in and tell me about yourself and experiences!

Students will learn about the history of paranormal investigation and how to objectively conduct their own ghost hunt.

Syllabus

4 Lessons
over 4 Weeks
Lesson 1:
Historical & Cultural Background
 The history of investigating the paranormal and the stories that inspired us to venture into the spirit world. 
Lesson 2:
Terminology
 Students will learn the lingo associated with the field 
Lesson 3:
Equipment
 Students will learn about the basic tools used when investigating, as well as some of the more advanced devices and theories. 
Lesson 4:
Conducting Your Own Ghost Hunt
 Students will learn how to properly conduct an investigation from planning, doing the actual fieldwork, and then drawing conclusions & follow-up.

No required supplies for the class itself, but I will make recommendations as to what to bring to a ghost hunt.
