Punctuation and Grammar: An Ongoing Class

Does your learner struggle with punctuation and grammar? In this class, we will focus on learning and consolidating different punctuation and grammar skills, looking at a different element each week. This syllabus is based on the UK, year 2 English curriculum, but will be suitable for students who struggle with these elements and who are slightly older.

Each week will include a model and input from me as a teacher. During this, learners will be encouraged to engage and interact to explore and practice using different punctuation/grammar rules. Learners will have the opportunity to practice what they have learnt through an independent activity to consolidate their learning. After class, I will add a worksheet to the classroom for learners to do on their own time to practice the concepts taught during class.
