I have nearly 10 years of experience in the classroom teaching English Language Arts among other core curricula. With experience teaching reading and writing to learners from kindergarten to grade 12, I have developed a strong understanding of how to accommodate for learners' needs and interests, allowing me to teach any type of student.

Homework Offered
For homework, learners will receive personalized assignments and activities that align with the lessons and topics covered in each tutoring session. These assignments will be tailored to the individual learner's needs, interests, and current skill level. Homework will include reading exercises, writing prompts, critical thinking challenges, and opportunities to explore additional literary resources. The goal is to provide learners with engaging and relevant practice that reinforces the concepts learned during our 1:1 tutoring sessions. Homework will not be overwhelming but rather designed to nurture continuous growth and progress in reading and writing abilities. Through these activities, learners will have the chance to further develop their skills and build confidence in their literary capabilities.
