1️⃣Check-in & Goal Setting: Every session starts with a personalized check-in and goal setting to ensure a targeted approach.

2️⃣Dynamic Warm-Up: We will energize learning with a quick, engaging warm-up focusing on reviewing skills, fluency, or other activities.

3️⃣ Skill-focused learning: The core of each session is dedicated to strengthening a reading skill or guiding a student through their ELA or reading homework.

4️⃣Reflection: We conclude each tutoring session with reflection time reviewing accomplished skills and setting future goals.

🎓Teaching Philosophy and Approach:
Reading is a complex skill that involves multiple parts of the brain and doesn’t come naturally. I believe in using multi-sensory activities to stimulate the various parts of the brain used for reading. 🧠

Instruction will be code-based to ensure learners have effective strategies to break the code of reading rather than relying on guessing or memorization. I am receiving training through LETRS to ensure my teaching aligns with the latest science of reading recommendations.

🏆Objective:
Empower your child to confidently read and write independently while fostering a growth mindset. Helping each learner discover the joy of lifelong learning and a love of reading. 📖✨
