Pre Algebra Summer Camp (Full Curriculum, for Incoming 7th-9th Graders)

We will cover the following topics each week: 

Week of 8/29 - 8/31
8/29 - solving for slope in the real world 
8/30 - solving for x and y in the real world 
8/31 - writing in point slope form 


Each class students will receive a printable graphic organizer to learn the topics in an “I do, we do, you do” format. Then students complete practice problems followed by an exit ticket to show what they know. 

To learn the most from this course prerequisite knowledge includes: Operating with fractions, operating with negative numbers, identifying and solving proportional relationships, simplifying expressions, solving two step equations and inequalities, and writing the linear equation.

Feel free to print out the documents and turn in photos of your work if that works best for you. You can also message me the photos of your work on outschool if you prefer.
