Class Experience
During these one-on-one sessions we will work on different confidence building techniques that are personalized to each individual student. When working towards loving oneself, there is no one size fits all curriculum. We will work with a confidence curriculum, one on one conversation and positive self-talk. Positive affirmations and descriptions will be used in this course. The student will do a deep dive into what their strengths, weaknesses, interests and qualities are. We will build on the strengths that the student already has and use them to help build confidence.
